Following this selection, the organizers reserve the right to recommend other artists for participation in collateral events to be organized during or after the exhibition.

Works sent in image form only, must be sent in original form by 15 July 2010 (for works sent by regular mail the postmark date shall be proof of dispatch). Otherwise they will be not displayed in exhibition.

The commission reserves the right not to display selected artworks should the original differ significantly from the image submitted.

Any unselected piece must be collected by July 31^st 2010. The documents submitted on paper and CD shall not be returned.
